      Good to know

      • Hotels have no night cap: every night is taxed. The official exemption form limits the tax to 14 consecutive nights only in “residence”, non-profit case per ferie and holiday homes and apartments; we apply that cap to holiday homes, short-term rentals and case per ferie, and not to tourist-hotel residences (RTA), because the form does not say whether its “residence” means them.
      • From 1 January to 31 March 2026 a different table applied (5-star €10, 3-star €7.40): stays before 1 April 2026 are not calculated here.
