Saint-Tropez tourist tax (taxe de séjour) 2026
The tax is voted by the town of Saint-Tropez, collected all year round, and paid by adults only: €2.45 per adult per night in a 3-star hotel, €3.74 in a 4-star, surcharges included.
On top of the tariff voted: 10% departmental surcharge (CGCT art. L3333-1); 34% high-speed rail surcharge (LNPCA) (art. L4332-4 to L4332-6).

Two adults and a child, 3 nights in a 4-star hotel: €22.44 (€3.74 × 2 adults × 3 nights; the child does not pay).
The same family in an unclassified flat at €150 a night: €150 ÷ 3 occupants = €50.00, × 5% = €2.50, plus surcharges = €3.60 per adult per night, so €21.60 for the stay.
